March in place for opening credits and commercials

10 rows for any mention of sectionals or regionals

10 lunges for any sappy moment (don’t let your knees go past your toes)

*10 ab exercises (see video for great progression and correct instruction) for every time someone sings, 15 if it is in the auditorium

10 pushups whenever someone gets slushied

5 wall squats with a 10 second hold every time Sue goes on a rampage

10 sidesteps for every derogatory nickname

**10 monster walks for every insult (preferably with a band)
