Since most people don’t do commercials anymore, I have created some workouts to do during the shows. I hope you enjoy them and as always consult a PT or MD before starting any workout program.
March in place for opening song and commercials
10 pushups for any cat reference
15 bicep curls every time someone is mean to Toby
15 tricep curls for every beet reference
15 rows whenever someone is talking to the camera
20 arm punches whenever someone plays a practical joke
10 overhead presses for any shenanigan
You can always add weights to make this harder and if you don’t have weights use soup cans or water bottles.
