My Personal Accountability Fitness Calendar

This week I combined my love of Pinterest crafts with my love of fitness. I found this link http://lindycottagehill.blogspot.com/2011/01/dry-erase-calendar-wall-art.html to make a burlap dry erase calendar and I absolutely knew that I wanted to do something with it. I am well aware that most of my Pinterest crafts are borderline Pinterest fails, but I still wanted to share with you what of the new ways I plan on making myself accountable to my goals.

The goals on the side say: Cardio, pilates, veggies x 3, no snacks after 8 pm and PT exercises.

My plan is to put a check for each day I complete that section, then at the end of the week I can see how I am doing and where I am not doing so great. That is the time to look for trends and see how I  can fix the days where  I am not sticking my goals. If you have read any of my other blog posts you know that I think accountability is one of the best ways to stick to fitness and health goals. This is my way of holding myself personally accountable.

  1. What a great idea! I love this accountability calendar. I think we tend to “forget” our cheats and blunders and this would make me so much more aware of what areas I’m having difficulty. Thanks so much for sharing at our Beat the Blog Bulge Link Party!!!
